This ministry assists the presider by setting out the holy oils, water and linens needed for baptisms. Open to youth, grades six and up, and adults.
This ministry provides Funeral Vigil Services the evening before a funeral. Those in the ministry are trained to lead the Scripture Service or Scriptural Rosary and provide additional support to bereaved families. Open to everyone 18 years and up. The Reception Ministry provides a light lunch or reception following funerals for bereaved parishioners. Open to anyone willing to help cook, buy food, serve or clean-up.
All interested volunteers must be up to date in the Diocesan Safe Environment Program Training
Join in a circle of prayer from your own home. As requests for prayers from fellow parishioners are received, volunteers call one person in a chain to join in a daily petition for those intentions. Open to everyone.
This ministry helps prepare families for this traditional 15th birthday celebration for females or males by assisting with preparation classes, rehearsal and liturgy. Open to youth, grades 6 and up, and adults. Parent/youth teams welcome.
This ministry assists the sacristan in cleaning, mending, washing, polishing liturgical hardware; provides assistance with funerals and special liturgies when sacristan is unavailable. Open to youth, grades six and up, and adults.
