Safe Environment Renewal

- Adult volunteers must complete a Safe Environment Session before serving in Ministry. This session must be renewed every two years.
  Volunteers must renew the Authorization for Release of Information for a Criminal Background Check every five years.

- Safe Environment Renewal
  To renew your Safe Environment Training:
  Log in to your VIRTUS profile.
  Select "Renewal - A Plan To Protect for Adults."
  Attend the Renewal Session.
- Background Check Renewal
  To renew your Background Check:
  Complete the Authorization for Release of Information to process a Criminal Background Check.
  Submit form to Theresa Gaitan, the Safe Environment Coordinator, via email or in person.
